DG John Wilcox
DG John Wilcox has been a Lion since February 1997. He has served as Club President, Membership Chair, Zone Chair, and Region Chair. In 2001, he was named as Guiding Lion for the Rockport Lions Club. In 2004 he moved his membership to the Rockport Lions Club and remains an associate member of the Evansville Eastside Lions Club, the original club he joined. He is currently the District Governor for District 25-E2.
DG John was born and raised in Evansville. The DG has lived in Rockport for the past 30 years. He has been married for 39 years to Lion Kathy. They have four children and six grandchildren. DG John is a retired business owner and now works part time at Holiday World in the morning clean-up crew.

VDG Fred Wattula
VDG Fred Wattula has been a Lion since June 2005 and is a member of the Crandall Lions Club. He has served as Charter President, Zone Chair, and Region Chair. VDG Fred is Melvin Jones Fellow and a Speech and Hearing Trustee for District 25-E2. He also assists his wife, Lion Beverly, in Leader Dog presentations to Lions across the multiple district. He is currently the Vice District Governor for District 25-E2.
VDG Fred was born in Peoria, Illinois. Since then he has lived in South Dakota, Washington state, Alaska, Indiana, and various other states. He has visited all 50 states, except for Hawaii, as well as seven countries in Europe and South America. He has been married for 47 years to Lion Beverly. They have one daughter and three grandchildren. They also have an Australian Cattle dog named Henry. VDG Fred retired in 2004 from Valspar Corporation. His hobby is woodwork and maintaining his home in Crandall.
